Metro Care Human Services provides a variety of high quality mental health counseling including intervention, case management, advocacy, rehabilitative services to adults, relocation services, and Moving Home Minnesota (MHM) assistance. Our mission is “an organization that empowers clients into a holistic journey of healing.” We value our commitment to serving the target populations. We as an organization promote the holistic approach in addressing the physical, intellectual, social, and emotional well-being of our clientele.
Our Services
At Metro Care Human Services, we provide a comprehensive range of services designed to support individuals with disabilities and those living with severe and persistent mental illnesses. Our services include :
Intensive Rehabilitation Treatment Services (IRTS)
Our IRTS program is a short-term (90 days or less) program for adults who are experiencing functional impairments as the result of their mental health symptoms. This program is an alternative to hospitalization for adults who do not present an imminent risk of harm to themselves or others. We operate a 6-bed facility that is staffed 24/7, and is designed to provide a safe, supportive environment conducive to recovery. During their stay, our clients receive evidence-based, trauma-informed and culturally-sensitive services to improve their well-being. Clients with co-occurring substance use disorders also receive integrated dual diagnosis treatment.
